How Much Does it Cost?
The cost for Christmas Tree Removal is calculated using a base fee plus a cost per unit (or home). (Note: if you sign up for service before November 30, we'll take $100 off of the base fee!) Rather than charge a fee for a range of community sizes, now the cost is customized to you.
Base: $275 ($175 if you sign up before Nov. 30!)
Cost per unit: $1.60

Strategic offers a cost-effective, green solution that covers tree pick-ups for the whole season. With our Christmas Tree Removal service, Strategic removes Christmas trees found in or around your trash enclosures and trash rooms. Christmas Tree Removal service includes:
- Automatic removal of Christmas trees in or around the trash enclosures or trash rooms.
- Tree pick-up twice per week from December 26, 2024, through January 17, 2025. After January 17, any remaining trees will be picked up during your Large Item Pick-up.

What does the service entail?
Service includes:

Why not rent a roll-off bin?
You may be wondering, why not rent a roll-off bin? Other than the fact that roll-off bins take up a lot of space at your community, trash companies charge high fees for anything that gets tossed in the roll-off bin that is not green waste. This means if a resident accidentally throws trash or recycling materials inside this bin, you'll have to pay for it. With Strategic's Christmas Tree Removal, trees are picked up around the trash enclosures twice per week , so there is no risk of residents mixing other materials up with tree waste.
Do I need to schedule the pick-ups?
Nope! Once you are signed up, our Large Item Pick-up team will remove trees during your scheduled Large Item Removal service. We will also take care of scheduling a second pick-up time during the week, so there's nothing for you to coordinate!
What do my residents need to know?
All you need to do is ask your residents to place their Christmas trees in or around your trash enclosures. To make it simple on you, we've created a flyer you can download and post at your trash enclosures. See below to download!
